In line with the current guidelines on COVID-19 I have resumed private face to face session however, I am still offering the full 12hour session via Zoom for anyone wanting to do so.

It's paramount that you and your baby are keeping safe and healthy though these uncertain times, but that doesn't mean that you can't still prepare for a calm, controlled and empowered birth experience.

It is recommended for expecting parents to attend the Hypnobirthing course between 25 and 29 weeks of pregnancy. This is so that you have plenty of time to practice the techniques and tools provided.

You can always book earlier if you wanted more time to practice.

Two 90minute online sessions a week for 4 weeks.
One 3hour online session a week for 4 weeks.

Dates and times will be arranged upon booking.

The online sessions will be private 1-2-1.

From 37 weeks pregnant you are considered 'full term' and your little bundle is well on its way to making its entry into the world.

This is a great time to give yourself that much needed time out to focus on how you are feeling and to do your final preps before birth.

The hour session will consist of a deep relaxation and time for you to talk about anything that is still on your mind or any questions you have. This session also includes a refresher of everything you have learnt during your hypnobirthing course.

As it will have been at least a month since completing the course, this refresher could be of great help to you.

My courses are based on the teachings of KGHypnobirthing and and I am a qualified KGHypnobirthing antenatal practitioner. The KGHypnobirthing Teacher Training Course I have completed is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
